To help drive innovation across a global energy business with over 86,000 employees in 70 countries, this client engaged with BlackRidge Group to recruit key IT & Business Change professionals in the UK. They required a specialist recruitment partner who could react quickly to varied requirements across several different business units.
Our partnership began with the Oil & Lubricants part of the business to headhunt a Senior Programme Manager to lead a high-profile manufacturing execution system deployment. Having sourced the successful candidate from a key manufacturing competitor in under 2 weeks, we have since been trusted to recruit 20+ positions including:
- Machine learning project manager to develop a real-time diagnostics platform using industrial Internet of Things and advanced data analytics
- Project delivery manager to lead the build and deployment phase of one of the largest change initiatives within Global, Commercial and Chemical
